7.3 Refund Policy

For products purchased through Digistore24, all refund requests must be made directly to Digistore24. Refunds are subject to Digistore24's refund policy and the specific vendor's refund terms. We do not process refunds directly as we are not the retailer of these products.

For merchandise purchased through Printful, refund requests must be made in accordance with Printful's refund policy. Please contact us at contact@byteup.co for assistance with Printful merchandise returns or refunds.

No waiver by ByteUp LLC of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure by ByteUp LLC to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and ByteUp LLC with respect to the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Site.
